Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are excluded from return. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or hygienic products, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or records that have been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to no fault of ours.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund was approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time until your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: oldmoneystylede @gmail.com .
Reduced or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Reduced or promotional items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at oldmoneystylede @gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the person giving the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipment
To return your product, you should send it to the following address: Avenue des Grésillons, Asnière-Sur-Seine, 92600, France.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
